The Food Compass Foundation has been committed to promoting the food safety of fresh, unprocessed vegetables, fruit and mushrooms since 2003. Food Compass provides a residue monitoring program and a microbiological monitoring and research program.

BRC

BRCGS stands for British Retail Consortium Global Standards. The BRC standard for food safety determines which requirements organizations that produce food must meet with regard to food safety and quality.
